Rates based on double occupancy - Additional person $10/night
3 night minimum Holidays (Memorial, Independence, and Labor Days).

Notices: 
All guests must be 21 unless accompanied by a parent!
ALL persons using motel facilities must be a registered guest!

RESERVATIONS:
First night deposit is required for all reservations.
A deposit guarantees the type of room requested.
You are responsible for the number of nights reserved.

PAYMENT:
Balance is due upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to arrival date in order to receive refund of deposit.
After 14 days prior, total deposit forfeited. Any change to a reservation is subject to $25.00 service fee.
You are responsible for the number of nights reserved. Refunds are not given due to inclement weather.
